Roza’s been in the city for more than a century. She was placed here to simply keep an eye on things and report.

Of course the others were there as well. Roza’s met them and they reached an agreement. Everything was nice and peaceful.

Then some trumped up sorcerer brought forth everything unpleasant and Roza’s had to resort to distasteful measures.
